Skye is a Gamilaroi researcher who has contributed to numerous evaluations and research projects including place-based, systems change and government initiatives. Skye has a particular interest in Indigenous Data Sovereignty & Governance and seeks to support the practical application and realisation of sovereignty within grass roots Community. Skye brings a unique approach to impact measurement and evaluation which considers sustainable and Traditional methodologies. Skye has recently completed her PhD through the University of NSW and is leading Kowa, an organisation with a vision to amplify the voice of First Nations peoples in impact measurement, evaluation, and learning.
