In 2020, we worked as part of a consortium to develop an online Self-Assessment tool for the AES Evaluators Professional Learning Competency Framework. We performed an alpha test of the new tool at the inaugural FestEVAL 2020 and followed it up with a beta test at FestEVAL 2021. We're back with the final version for curious, emerging and established evaluators to (re)assess their competencies and identify strengths and opportunities for further development!

In this Skill Building Session, we will share the self-assessment results of the AES 2022 conference attendees and provide you a chance to reflect on both these summary results and your individual results, including through the formation of groups based around opportunities for improvement and common areas of professional development interest. The group discussions will help identify what you think you need to learn and experience to advance and how the AES can support that.

We invite anyone who is interested to complete the self-assessment beforehand and bring your individual results to discuss at the session!

You can complete the self-assessment here anytime before Thursday September 1st: https://tinyurl.com/AESselfassessGamma
